As I have again been learning to change my focus, my vibration, be me. Not focusing on things I don’t want in my life whether it be disaster, chaos, political unrest, lack, limitation or any other of things unhealthy to me and my well being.

I believe as stated in the book,”it is not denial, by no means it is common sense in dealing with the impersonal Law that shapes all of our lives.”

I have so been moving forward into putting my vibration, my attention to happiness, to love, to abundance, to so many good things I would fill up the page of my list.

Sure it has been a slow process these past few months, but now I know, I feel them changing faster and my vibration and attention staying up, and positive, more and more longer and longer.

Becoming a habit, that I like, because I feel better, I feel happier, I feel healthier, I feel love more and I feel more me.

As this is happening, life and the universe bring to you through law of attraction more of what you are focused on, as in one of the things that happened to me the other day.

Part of me is bring back into my life meditation, balance, exercise, and Tai Chi, the good down to earth feelings, the grounded feelings that make my energy and soul sing.

I was working the flight from San Francisco to Charlotte the yesterday and meet a young man named Jesse, a beautiful and down-to-earth soul, we started talking about Tai Chi which then he introduced me to his teacher Master Marilyn Cooper, awesome lady. I wish I had know about her when I was in California, but she promise to write me with a few recommendations of sensei in the Asheville area. Can’t wait to here from her.

I also hope that Jessie will stay in contact. We had gotten into other conversations and one was about small communities, similar to the Indian tribes of Celtic Clans as the way things will progress in our world.

Since I was working the conversations were not as long or as in-depth as I would have like, yet stimulating all the same.

Off now to work on moving my vibration, my happiness, my love higher, as I become more balanced and more grounded.

Breathe and Just Be, might be simple, yet, they are part of allowing you to feel with your heart.

As I have been learning about letting go and allowing things to be, and me to just be.

Kim and I were fortunate to be able to participate in a sweat lodge, hosted by some new, near and dear friends (brothers and sisters) whom I just meet. JR is actually a cousin of mine, 4th cousins if I am not mistaken, kinda cool if you ask me.

Lots of energy flowing and moving up on the mountain where we were gathered. Most of the mountain is owned by a nice couple who my wife had meet last year when she was looking for a place to live.

I can only speak for myself, but both times that I participated in a sweat I have always felt at home. I hope that JR and Jerry can continue to have these gathers, not just for the sweat but for the information that needs to be shared, learned and taught.

A rebirth of Family, the Clan, and the Tribes.

Though I try not getting caught up in all the chaotic happenings in this country and through-out the world, mostly instituted (set in motion) by this country. I am aware of somethings happening and try not to go more than a general knowledge. Since I know that things like that will exist in some form or another I choose to focus and put forth positive energy toward a better place for my family and I to live and grow in.

I believe we can create anything, whether it is a world of chaos or a world of peace and happiness, with growth and expansion.

I think now more than ever is the time to think of a world of peace and happiness, growth and expansion. I just thought of a question, Is it growth and expansion when learning the old ways of nature, food and herbs is a much better way than what we are doing today?

I was reading an excerpt from a talk at the 1986 Continental Indigenous Council, by Lee Brown on White Clay People  the article offered me insight into way our world could be, if we choose.

Even if a few of us choose, it really is the time of rebirth….

It reminds me of the constant changes of energy through out this world and how they can effect you, change you, or just breeze through you. Getting caught up in all the chaotic energy that is out there can be hard on ones own energies.

Growing and expanding is simple enough. It is all the other garbage being dumped and you letting in that will stop growth and expansion.

I have been wanting to start up writing again, in the mist of all, I must create time.

I should have started writing earlier today, but felt the need to work on me ebook learning, and now I have little time as I need to get ready for a flight.

For many people the year 2012 and more specifically 21 December 2012, (21.12.2012) = (11) or (21.12.12) = (3.3.3) = (9), Winter solstice,  our looking for something to be happening. Big, Small, Galactic and or life changing.

Yet today seems like a good day to start writing again. With all the changes happening so fast now a free day according to the Georgian calendar is a good time to move forward jump-starting March and the rest of the year.

Thinking that I need to change the picture that is on my front page, since my hair is now shorter and I am lighter by 40 lbs lost or 18.18% of what I was when I had gotten married.

There has been a change in flow or shift in energy, and again it is happening, towards a more positive flow and or shift.

Enjoying the morning, together and the afternoon and evening outside fixing up things around the house or just walking around the property.

The weather was so nice outside, near 70F, not much on the way of wind and sunny. All and all a great day.

The last four days have been filled with flying and working on my ebook, which learning the design part with the HTML5 and CSS3 kicks my butt at times it is all good. I have not had much time to stay on top of things but this is one really worth looking into.

One of the first facts is that by the C.I.A’s own accord and ranking of countries by income inequality The United States of America is more unequal than a country of like Egypt or Iran Israel. There are almost 100 countries with better equality in income distribution than The United States of America.

Really that is pretty darn interesting that a branch of our own government says our income inequality is worst that other countries.

Here are some of the facts that Kristof outlined in his opinion;

Three factoids underscore that inequality:

The 400 wealthiest Americans have a greater combined net worth than the bottom 150 million Americans.

The top 1 percent of Americans possess more wealth than the entire bottom 90 percent.

In the Bush expansion from 2002 to 2007, 65 percent of economic gains went to the richest 1 percent.

Another NY Times reporter Catherine Rampell wrote in an Economix article writing about Bankers’ Salaries vs. Everyone Else’s

The securities salary is an average of $361,330, 5.5 times the average of the private sector, by comparison 30 years ago it was only as twice as much.

A lot of what Occupy Wall Street and the 99% feel is what corporations such as Bank of America have been doing and not just in the last few weeks as common practice.

As of last week Bank of America released/disclosed that they were paying out to two executives who were forced out do to management reshuffling a sum totaling $11 million dollars.

Yet on 18 October 2011 Bank of America reported a 6% jump in third quarter earnings and a 6.2 billion in profit.

How than is it that a company such as Bank of America which post 6.2 billion in third quarter profits, pays 2 executives 11 million dollars starts laying off 30,000 employees?

When is that good business practice?

But this seems to be a more common practice in todays business world.

Also things have moved in a direction that I know there suppose to go, family, home, business and meeting of people on planes for specific reasons.

I have a lot on my plate this we about getting out a product and a business plan to cover my future business along with trying to keep up on home and the goings on around the nation.

This is a short post as sleep deficiency is effecting my brain functions and I have not have time to read any of the news around country.
